I had to prepare and deliver a presentation as part of the process. Two of the three panellists were very engaged, however, the third person (who was actually the line manager for this role), appeared very uninterested and gave me the impression from the start that I was just making up the numbers. I was therefore not surprised that I didn't make it to the next stage, however, I am very disappointed that I was offered feedback on my performance yet two weeks on, I've not heard anything despite chasing.
