I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AmTrust (Cleveland, OH)
Interview
Interview process was crazy. Was told only being interviewed by 3 people but during the interview more and more people started to just come in and sit down asking questions occasionally. The main developer was intimidating. Sat with his arms crossed and rolled his eyes at some of my responses.
