I applied online and a recruiter reached out to schedule a phone screen. After scheduling a time, I needed to reschedule the meeting (I realized it was a different timezone and I would be interviewing very late). The recruiter then sent a rejection letter. Feels sketchy, so good luck if you do end up getting an interview.
