I had a FaceTime call with one of the upper level managers, she asked me like two questions. I think she just wanted a feel for my personality. She asked me if I’m a people person and what my availability is. This was summer 2020 so it was a weird time and maybe things have changed. I also know they had a high turnover at the time.
