First we go through an online test on hackerrank platform which is quite tricky and mostly related programming and technical subjects. If you have knowledge of c++ you can easily crack it.
the interview process is very strict

Take a very long time in deciding the candidate needs to be selected or not
They need to make sure that the person taking the interview is present
