Interview
We were hired as SME for testing project, and at first there was one online test which was containing 3 parts.
- Unix
- Aptitude
- Programming language (C/C++/Java)
Amdocs's test was one of the toughest test which I gave in my college times, from 7 8 colleges we 8 students were get selected for interview.
Interview process was bit surprising, we were sitting in the campus since morning and no one was aware how exactly the process is, some one was getting call for interview and few were not.
In the evening I was called for my first interview, and just after that called for another round followed by HR.

Question 1
In interview I was asked to write few Unix commands, and they asked about my college project for long time, followed by few basic logical puzzles.
I would say online test was much much of higher level than interview

1) Aptitude Test - Questions related to time, speed, probability, graphs
2) Technical Test - SQL, C/C++, Unix - SQL questions were bit confusing, so do Unix
3)Face to face interview - Average interview - Strings, linked lists in C/C++, Unix commands for text manipulation

First round with HR to know current assignment. If it fits the requirement then technical round with hiring manager. If selected then last round with HR for negotiations. once it is done one can get the call to join at the earliest.

Interview
They are conducting the Fake drives. Recently they had recruitment drive in Gurgaon for Pune location for C++ profile. First selection process was Aspiring Minds Amcat test. Second test was 1:1 face to face round. In second round they had 31 persons shortlisted but none them was selected for the job profile. I had answered every question asked in the interview despite that i did not received the call nor did anyone of the other person. At least they should mail all interviewees there status of the interview. The HR system of your company is entirely useless.
