Skype interview for 30 mins. All behavioral questions and getting to know you style . Done by one lady who was very nice. Pretty causal and friendly. I thought it went really well
Phone call first round, Then superday was 3 in person interviews, 45 mins each, then Lunch with all the candidates after. Simple accounting interview questions and behavioral. overall an easy process and everyone was nice.
It was a straight forward and standard interview process with questions relating to what you could find in the IB 400. The second part is a super day with 2-3 seniors interviewing you.
