Multiple online interviews before I flew to the home office. I was provided with a link that allowed me to view visuals to assist me with my understanding of the industry, the company and the position. The people I spoke with were very helpful and knowledgeable. It was a professional experience.

Phone interview, well it was less of an interview and more of a sales pitch want me to PAY to work for them.
They spun it almost like a franchise this is NOT a job offer it has all the feeling of some type of scam like one of those "work from home" rip offs
I can not imagine people falling for this bu they must since these guys are still in business

Phone Interview They refer you to a video which comes across as very professional until they get to the part of paying $7,500 for "bonding" and training. Why would anyone pay $7,500 for training and materials to go to work for a commission job? They say it is refundable but.....
