I applied online. I interviewed at Amergis Healthcare Staffing (Columbia, MD) in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview process was fine. I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter to schedule an interview. I thought it was going really well. I asked multiple questions about the job and answered all the recruiter's questions as best as I could. However, I was not put through the next round.
I interviewed at Amergis Healthcare Staffing (Tampa, FL)
Interview
The interview process consisted of a phone screening and then a in office visit called a pit sit. This is where you shadow a few employees to get a high level overview of the day to day role. My experience was pleasant.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Amergis Healthcare Staffing in May 2026
Interview
I had three separate interviews. Two were virtual and one in person. I also went in for a "pit sit" to meet with the team. My suggestion is to dont even bother wasting your time. The interviews are conducted in a way that doesnt assess your skills. You're basically being put on the spot to remember a specific example to whatever asinine behavioral question they ask. I didnt know if they were looking for a recruiter or a storyteller. "Do you love to win or hate to lose" was a question I was asked in one interview. In hindsight, I should've jumped ship after that. Even more odd was that my last interview was with their Regional Vice President despite it being a supposedly entry level role.
