First I submitted my application online. About a month later I got a call for a phone interview with a recruiter. A few hours after the phone interview I received an email stating I was selected for an on-site interview, which was then scheduled for the following week. I had my interview on a Friday afternoon, received an email a few hours later requesting information on an extended application, and first thing Monday morning I received a call with an offer!
