It’s a group interview with others applying for the same position. They hire multiple people at one time and send them through their training program together. It’s a good idea to take some time speaking with the other candidates while waiting for the interview to start. The whole process takes about 2 hours.

One interview virtually with Assistant Vice President of company and a Sales Manager. Took about 30 Mins and was overall an easy process. About a week later received an offer of employment.
