The interview started very late, but it was very comfortable, more of a conversation. There wasn't really much explanation of what the job would entail other than the catalog description, and the work culture wasn't discussed at all (if it had been, I might not have accepted) but it was a much more professional interview than other things the manager did over time.

As long as you can answer yes or no questions, you are hired. I’m sure even if you couldn’t answer yes or no questions, you’d still be hired. It’s an easy process and they are usually extremely short staffed with a high turnover rate so they are always desperate for people.
First interview is with the two assistant managers, individually. If they both agree you would be a good candidate, you will be called in for a second interview with the store manager.
