The interview process I did during COVID. I didn't have a resume they were very goofy and fun the GM and the contact lens manager were very fun they really hyped up the compensation when it's really not that much. But overall very easy.

Question 1
- What would you do when dealing with an angry customer?
- What are some bad habits/things about you? Here turn your bad qualities into something good.
- What was your past experience when working with people.
It was a standard one on one sit down interview with basic customer service based questions. I did not get past this interview, so can’t give more information on the total process.
The interview was really easy and laid back. There was no reason to stress over it. It was fast. They give you some sheets to fill out and the beginning and things to sign.
Took about 30 min. It was your average interview. How many years of customer service experience did I have, what was my availability, how do I feel about wearing a mask during work and asked about how I would deal with a difficult customer.
