The interviewer from nestle is very friendly and nice to talk to. They are also willing to explain a lot when it comes to the job description and details especially, one of the best interviews I have ever had

The interview process was very structured. The upper management was friendly and encouraging. They allow you to tour the operations of the store after the interview to get an overview of what the day to day processes are like. The regional manager and senior director are involved in the hiring decisions because they want to develop their team members. Overall it was a great experience.
