Screening interview done via phone call. Questions like “is this your updated resume,” “how did you hear about this, do you know someone who works here,” “why are you interested in this position.” Not super friendly.

It took over 3 weeks after interviewing to be told I wasn't going to be getting an offer, after being told it would take just a week. After every deadline I was given I had to call to follow up to see if they still needed more time or if I wasn't getting an offer and they just decided to not tell me.
