I applied online. I interviewed at American Bridge 21st Century (Washington, DC) in June 2022
Interview
Easy, but neglected to mention how impersonal the company/work is. The biggest thing about this company—and PACs in general—is that they exploit people with an interest in politics who think they can "make a difference." 9 times out of 10, they can't—which is completely fine! But if you're looking for a way to start your career in a way that's healthy and sets you up well for future financial success, you should really consider looking elsewhere.

Interview
One interview and received rejection one day later. Interview process included writing test which was easy. Interview itself was mostly basic questions. Overall a pretty standard process. It was nice to received a quick response. They move quickly.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at American Bridge 21st Century in May 2024
Interview
Overall process included an initial phone screener, written assignment, then formal panel interview. The process itself was fine. I did feel like they were not as transparent as they could have been with the timeline of their hiring process. When scheduling my final interview they told me they were looking to give an offer ASAP and then did not communicate for a few weeks.
