I applied online and a recruiter called me about two weeks later to set up a phone interview with the hiring manager. The call was pretty standard, about a half hour long. The manager was friendly and the call was pretty uneventful. A few days later I received an impersonal, automated email that said I wasn't selected to continue in the interview process.
