Interview
I began the interview process with a very detailed phone screening. Answering a series of questions very quickly. After the phone screening I was connected with the senior manager who conducted an initial interview, I was then asked to return the following day to speak with senior leadership.

3 rounds: initial screening with the People Team (a recruiter), then a virtual interview with the hiring manager, then a few quick connections with staff I'd be working with. Mine did not involve an in person interview component, but I have interviewed for previous roles with this team.

Interview
Interviewed a couple months ago for a couple positions in California. The recruiter was amazing, he put me at ease, was knowledgeable about the company and he seemed to really care about finding me the right job, not just a job. Great first impression. Within a couple weeks I interviewed with the person I'd presumably report to. Also a good interview. Felt great about everyone then couldn't reach anyone.
