If you look online at typical interview questions, prepare and you are good to go. Have a good time and be yourself. There were no questions that really threw me off. They want people who care about cancer patients or have been impacted by cancer in some way.

Interview
Had a 30 min phone interview with a department director. She asked basic interview questions about experience, education, reasons for interest in the job, etc. and I was hired after one phone conversation. The interviewer was very warm, personable, and welcoming.

Interview
The Interview process consisted of an initial phone call, followed by a 45 minute phone interview, and then an in house interview with the hiring manager. The in house interview also included a tour of the call center, a side-by-side with an existing employee and the interview itself. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and clear about the day to day of the job.
