      Interview

The interview process consisted of four rounds. The first round was a screening round where basic details were discussed along with my background, communication skills, and eligibility criteria. The second round was a technical interview focused on programming fundamentals, basic concepts, and discussion around projects, internships, and hands-on experience. The third round was a managerial and scenario-based interview, where questions were asked on problem-solving, teamwork, handling deadlines, client scenarios, and understanding of the Associate System Engineer role. The final round was with senior management/ directors. This round mainly assessed confidence, communication skills, ability to handle foreign clients, situational judgement, and some high-level technical understanding. Overall, the process was well-structured and transparent, and the interviewers were supportive and professional throughout.

      Interview

The interview process was lengthy and poorly structured, with repeated questions across multiple rounds and unclear expectations. Mid-interview language switching and pressure-based questioning created unnecessary stress, making it difficult to showcase actual problem-solving skills. The focus was more on speed, confidence, and communication rather than understanding the candidate’s technical approach. The overall environment felt intimidating rather than supportive, and the final feedback was generic, stating only to “improve communication and confidence,” without providing any specific or actionable technical guidance.Even though my all rounds went well they haven't gave gkkd response seems like they are not interested in hiring ...

      Interview

The interview process was extremely time-consuming and unorganized. It consisted of 5 rounds, and honestly, it felt like a complete waste of time. Screening Call: First, they had a 20-minute screening call where they just asked basic technical questions related to my resume. Round 1 (L1): This was a technical interview where I was asked to solve coding problems. Round 2 (L2): Similar technical questions and coding, but no feedback after the interview. Round 3 (L3): Another technical round with more coding problems. Round 4 (L4): This round felt repetitive and was basically the same as the previous ones. The coding tests were fine, but it seemed like they weren't really interested in hiring anyone. After completing all 5 rounds, there was no feedback, and it was clear that they were just wasting time without any real intention of offering the position. This whole process felt like a huge waste of time, and I would not recommend going through it. They keep you going through rounds and give false hope of an offer, but in the end, nothing comes of it.
