A recruiter reached out to me, and the process started there. I had a first round interview with HR, then one with the hiring manager. Then I was brough Onsight for an interview with the full team (who mostly attended virtually....) and the CEO. Al the people I interviewed with were super nice and seemed to genuinely enjoy working for ACI. Unfortunately they completely ghosted both me and my recruiter. I knew I was on the under-qualified side of things, so I'm fine that they passed me over, but some clear straight forward communication would have been appreciated.
