Bizarre is the best way to explain how this particular interview process went back 10 years ago. The interview took place in the sitting Plant Manager's office. His desk was piled high with stacks of papers and file folders. Also in this meeting was the sitting VP and Director of Operations. The interview was unorganized and all over the place. Turns out that the operation there as a whole was just as unorganized and messy as his office was. I took over operations 3 months after hire.
