I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (Pittsburgh, PA) in June 2016
Interview
I walked into the store I wanted to work in and filled out an application. Luckily I was able to interview the same day since one of the managers had some free time. The interview was pretty quick, easy and laid back. The whole process took less than an hour and I was hired on the spot and given my start date.
