I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (Baltimore, MD) in June 2009
Interview
I went into the store, filled out an application and a few days later was called for a group interview. There were about 6 other people there and the interview was held by one of the store managers. She asked questions that focused more on our personality and style, with a few geared toward customer service. The interview ended and as soon as I got home, I received a call from the manager telling me I was hired.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
None really. I think I was hired based on the fact that i was the first to answer and I tried to sound as confident and detailed as possible without being too wordy. You have to stand out in a group interview.

Interview
It was very easy as I knew someone who worked there. They got me an interview and asked me basic questions. They verbally gave me an offer on the spot and I got a offical offer a week later.
