They only hire in peak times. If you get hired and are good during those peek times they will keep you on as core staff. Make sure you are very friendly and are a people person, bc thats one of the biggest skills you will need to have.

The interview went well and was asked very basic questions. Asked about previous experiences and management experience. Very chill and easy. Talked about pay and it was too low for the position.
