I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters in July 2013
Interview
Walked in the store the other day and filled in a paper application. Got a call about 2 days later asking could I come in for an interview. It wasn't a group interview, the manager interviewed us one by one on the sales floor. He was really nice. Make sure you know about the latest trends to impress them, and also let them know that you love fashion.
Interview took about 5-10 minutes then I completed a personality test on the computer. He said he would call back if I match up. I called up there today and asked did I get the job and he let me know that I did! I attend orientation this upcoming Sunday.
