I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (New York, NY) in June 2012
Interview
I walked in one day and there happened to be a open interview, and of course, I happened to have my resume on me so I joined in. There were about 6 other people. It was pretty brief, and at the end everyone else in the group left but the HR guy asked me to stay behind. He had me fill out a paper application and then told me to come in the next day for a follow up interview with one of the managers. So the next day, I had my second interview and was hired on the spot.

Interview
-pretty easy, went inside for an interview and they asked me about my experience. They then made me try on a bunch of clothes and taught me how to fold them.

Interview
Easy interview with manager. We spoke outside about expectations. She was kind and understanding. I interviewed with a couple of people there too. Went over schedule etc. very straight forward and easy
I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (Columbia, MD)
Interview
It was very easy as I knew someone who worked there. They got me an interview and asked me basic questions. They verbally gave me an offer on the spot and I got a offical offer a week later.
