I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (Frisco, TX) in July 2014
Interview
Applied in person, got hired pretty fast. Easy interview, that happened to be with my favorite manager ever. It was mostly common sense, nothing that was brain wracking. He was very straight foward with the questions but allowed for creative answers which I found pretty interesting.

Interview
Straightforward behavioral questions. Ask them anything really. Provide any details or anything really about this role and why you want to be part of the team. Overall, the process seemed laid back.
I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (California City, CA)
Interview
They call and ask to schedule an interview with you. Then you meet face to face and get a chance to get to know your store manager or assistant store manager. Overall it was a typical interview process.
