We were brought into the back room and asked general interview questions (employment history, what are you looking for out of this job, how well do you work in certain situations, etc). The process definitely did not feel overly professional and the interviewer made it a very comfortable exchange. From then we discussed the responsibilities and requirements of the job, including hypothetical situations and how one should act in them. Overall the interview was brief but to the point and I felt I was able to ask everything I wanted while also allowing them to get enough information about me.
