I interviewed at American Gastroenterological Association
Interview

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at American Gastroenterological Association in June 2025
Interview
I applied for the Publications Manager role within days of the role being posted and was immediately contacted by an HR specialist to set up a call. After the HR call, I moved onto the next round with the hiring manager, a panel with potential team members, and then a 4th(!) interview with the VP of publications. I thought all conversations went well, but I was ghosted after the VP interview. I reached out about the role to HR but did not hear back. The entire process took about 6 weeks from initial submission to ghosting.

They had a total of four rounds: a phone screening, an interview with the VP and comm lead, an assessment, and another interview. The assessment was quite a bit of work. After submitting the assessment, I didn't hear from them for the next two weeks, and then I found out I had been rejected.
