The interview Process went rather quickly based on other experiences - applied on March 30 and received an offer May 4.
The recruiter was phenomenal! She was very personal and responsive. I had already had a phone screening with her, completed an online interview and spoke via phone with the local VP (The ED was out). While I did not receive an offer for that position, I applied for the Go Red Director which became open a few months later. I received a call from the recruiter to schedule an in person interview with the local ED. Next I completed a personality test - theirs was pretty lengthy with 350+ questions (I, personally, find these incredibly hard). Then I had a Skype interview with the ED and the person promoted out of the available position. I received the offer the next day.
The online interview was pretty advance, with maybe 10 question which you recorded yourself responding. You were able to practice, but once you started the actual interview you could not review each question. You either had to scrap the whole thing or start fresh (only 2 chances total). I chose to stick with my first attempt.
They worked with me in regards to the fact I was not local - I live in another State. While their interview process has many, many steps, it moved rather quickly. With all of the different phases, I never felt like I was anxiously waiting around and it made that month go by quickly.
