I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at American Heart Association (Minneapolis, MN) in Mar 2019
Interview
I had a phone interview with someone in HR, then with the person who would be my direct supervisor. I then was given the opportunity to speak with another person on the team who had the position I was applying for, but who was in a different territory. The final step was an in-person interview. It was very helpful to discuss the position with a few different people to determine whether or not this was going to be a role I wanted to pursue.

Interview
Typical screening phone call, first general interview then a full on 2 hour interview. Challenging, grueling but doable! Expect to give many situational examples, show you are goal oriented and that $s matter the most.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at American Heart Association
Interview
The interview process was very easy. It started with a pre-screening phone call from HR, followed by a virtual interview with leadership and a second virtual interview with regional leadership. The process took about two weeks total to complete and I received communication the whole time. I was also able to have a meeting with a fellow Youth Market Director to help learn more about the role and got to sit in on a planning meeting with teachers.
