Contacted by HR rep, then asked to complete video interview before speaking to hiring manager, after speaking with hiring manager in person interview with local leadership. Extensive reference check.
The interview process was professional, structured, and clear. Communication was timely. Questions were fair and relevant. Although I didn’t get the position, it was a valuable and respectful experience overall.

1. phone interview screen with a recruiter 2. in person interview with local director and CID 3. zoom interview with SVP 4. Interview with two other regional directors. Two weeks after 4th interview I reached out to HR contact, no response. A few days later, received a generic rejection email. Process took about two months.
