The entire process consisted of 3 interviews. The first step was online and required video responses to 5 pre-recorded questions from various people within the organization. The second was a phone interview with the direct manager. The last was a Zoom interview with the direct manager and VP over the department. Before the last interview I had to complete an online skills test, which took a little time but wasn't difficult at all. Overall the process was a little long, but well worth it in the end because it allowed both parties to make sure it's a good match. I appreciate the different steps that were taken throughout the process.
