The interview process was quick. I applied online through a referral and had the interview the next week. I had 2 interviews, once with the hiring manager and the next with the VP the following week. Once selected for references, I didn't hear back from the recruiter or hiring manager. There was no communication after being asked to submit my references. I emailed the recruiter after a month and didn't get a response. It has been over a month of no communication and I assumed I didn't get the role. It's disappointing this was my experience.

The interview process was long due to changes in the department and delayed hiring. Initial phone interview was in November, I came in to interview, moved on to a personality/behavioral interview, hiring process was delayed again and picked up months later. I completed two additional interviews at that time and was hired in May (roughly 6 months).
