I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at American Income Life: AO (London, ON) in Sept 2019
Interview
I was invited to do an in person interview with the company. Now I applied as the ad had stated entry level/new graduate/sales rep and in the email that was sent to me, they invited me to interview for the Entry Level Management position. I accepted, and thanks to Glassdoor I had a bit more knowledge of the interview process as emails to the hiring manager about the hiring process and more info on the position were left unanswered. I went in for a 1st interview, it lasted about 5-6 minutes and they invited me back for a round 2 interview an hour later. I accepted and came back. The 2nd interview that took about an hour and a half was just a group session where those who passed the first screening found out more about the company and what they do. Following that, there was a 3rd 1-1 interview where we had the opportunity to ask any questions that needed to be clarified. Now, by the end of this 3rd interview, I was asked to return the following day (a Friday) for a 4th and final interview where I would essentially be talking to other people at the company and basically sign on with them. I already had other appointments and interviews booked and when I stated this, they told me that they only do final round interviews on Fridays (no other day) and they were not sure if they'd be having final round interviews on the following Friday. So I knew I was most likely getting a callback for the final interview. I also realized that there was no real difference to the Sales Rep position and the Entry Level Management position as the latter also required you to be in the position of a Sales Rep for a certain amount of time and meeting certain quotas prior to any management.
Overall, the interview process was long and unclear. If you're going in allow up to 4 hours for the entire 3 stage day 1 interview process. None of this was mentioned in the invitation to be interviewed. And most likely if you want to work for them, ensure that you're readily available for whatever day they ask you to come in following the first 3 stage interview. The company seemed like an amazing place to work, though the interview process felt draining and slightly inconsiderate to the point where inquiries about the position prior to the interview went unanswered and they only have certain days that they set for final hiring interviews and don't allow any room for accommodation of it.
Good Luck in your job hunt!

Interview
Interview through Zoom as a group, doesn't go in to much detail, doesn't answer specific questions, very aggressive sales style job, focus only on the money and not the other aspects of the job.

Interview
It was unconventional, we had a zoom interview which was already recorded and he was basically was just stating why we should work for the company and explaining the job responsibilities. After that I had to fill a questionnaire about why they should pick me

Question 1
They barely asked any question instead told more about the company
