I had two interviews, an initial screening with the recruiter and then a team interview. The recruiter condescendingly went through my resume and pointed out changes I needed to make in order to impress the team. After the second team interview, I contacted the recruiter twice. Once she got back to me after 4 weeks to see if I was still interested (I was), but after that, I was ghosted. I have a feeling that this organization is very slow-moving and unorganized.
