I was contacted by HR department then I was scheduled to a Skype meeting. Through Skype, I was interviewed by HR and was briefly told about the culture of AIR. Then, I am asked some questions to check if I'd fit socially in AIR's work environment. Later on, I was interviewed by the manager of the department I applied for. The manager asked very technical questions and answered any questions I had.
