I was contacted by the company HR professional who reached out to schedule me for an interview with a manager on the marketing team. Prior to my phone call I was sent questions to fill out that pertained to my knowledge surrounding social media marketing. On my call the manager proceeded to ask me the same questions that I was emailed. I then moved forward to an in-person interview that lasted over 3 hours. The HR professional was over 20 minutes late and grilled me on what "diversity initiatives" meant, which was a red flag for me. Several of the other marketing members I spoke with asked me the same questions as the previous people. The CMO took a personal phone call during my interview, which was another red flag. This company lacks respect for the people that are interested in working for them.
