Very long interview process. I had two virtual interviews, an in person tour, a three hour personality/knowledge evaluation, and an interview with my boss, vp of the company and owner. This took about one month

Very unprofessional communication starting with HR and continued forward with the hiring manager. Seems like they are winging it... a fake it, until you make it kind of organization. Both of these company representatives lied directly to me on video call, on separate occasions. I believe its company policy, in attempt to lure candidates. I definitely dodged a bullet by turning down their offer of employment.
