Regarding our base salary, we understand that particular part of the overall compensation is often an important element to consider, but here at AMP, for a moderately strong sales person in our business, it represents less than half of total compensation. Other businesses with long sales cycles, or mature buyer marketplaces where most prospects must be pulled away from existing providers offer higher base salaries and lower commissions and bonuses. At AMP, our sales cycle is very short, the marketplace for our services is wide open, and even most new sales representatives secure multiple sales in their first week. For those reasons, we offer a very lucrative commission and bonus plan and a relatively modest base salary, so that great sales people can maximize their earnings. We have designed our compensation structure to include commissions, bonuses, and a car allowance along with outstanding benefits to provide a comprehensive package that rewards performance and aligns with individual contributions.
