After applying on indeed I received a message/email to set up a first phone interview with the HR Credentialing Manager who was an absolute delight. I feel like we hit it off very well and I felt that my experience perfectly aligned with the qualifications and responsibilities of the position. Hence why I applied and this was actually my top choice. Most standard questions were asked about my experience, what I have done and haven’t done, how I would respond to certain situations regarding the job, etc. Following my interview, I received an email same day to schedule in a second video interview with the VP - so that’s a good sign. I was expecting that to dive deeper into more specific questions, but it was super relaxed and more focused on the company and culture as a whole. She was very transparent with me which I very much appreciated and said I would be a great asset to their team and even encouraged me to negotiate salary when it came to that. I was very excited following the conversation and had anticipated moving forward or receiving a job offer. Unfortunately, after a couple weeks and following up multiple times I was not offered the position because they already offered to another candidate and they accepted. Very disappointed, but would still love to work for such a great company with amazing people in the future!
