Interview
The interview is basically a series of interviews with 2 or 3 different people at the company, but are pretty cursory and very predictable. Nobody there has any real business experience outside of the company so there aren't any really savvy people asking very good questions.

No real groundbreaking questions, they mostly just want to see if you have a decently outgoing personality and are willing to work.
