I met the local GA, we talked for 3 hours, He wasn't sure I so had to get approval from AVP, was more concerned about previous sales from other company.

They do 2 initial phone calls for about 15 minutes. They run through a quick parapgraph about the position and then if interested they move you on to the next person which is a mange or supervisor or some kind.

Fairly straightforward. Simple interview questions for those with sales experience. Having your life insurance license before the interview pushes you through the hiring process. The District manager is a great boss and made the process easy.
