I applied online through the American Red Cross website. Within the week, I was called to fill out some more pre-interview stuff. Then a woman called to do a preliminary interview and she scheduled me an interview at the end of it. A few days later, I went to the main office and did a one-on-one interview with the hiring manager. The next day I was called and offered the position. The whole experience was about a week and a half.

Over the phone first, then face to face. They sent me an email and then called after that for a phone interview and overview. They then emailed for a face to face and a decision was made about a week later
