Email with recruiter answering her interview questions- then two virtual interviews. The first was with two managers then the next virtual interview had two additional personnel and included giving a presentation
I applied online. I interviewed at American Red Cross in June 2017
Interview
Applied online and was asked a few weeks later for a phone interview. Easy to set up and the interviewer was easy to talk to. Was told after the phone interview that his notes would be passed on to the local hiring team and I would hear from them if I moved on to the next step. Actually heard back from both of them that they had moved on with other candidates. Overall a good experience.
I received a phone call from HR leading to face-to-face interview. Hired within 2 weeks after the in-person meeting. They also asked if I had any questions. I was prepared with some that applied to the day to day job requirements and future growth opportunities.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at American Red Cross
Interview
Applied and was quickly contacted by a recruiter to set up a phone interview. The first attempt at a phone interview went poorly, as the recruiter had marked his calendar for another day and did not complete the interview on the day that had been scheduled. The second phone interview went well, simple behavior based questions. I was then invited to an in-person interview in a city 1 1/2 hours away. I took off work, went for the interview and thought it went well. Was told to expect a phone call from the recruiter to set up a final interview. Over a week later, I have yet to hear back from the recruiter after multiple attempts to reach him. Feedback, whether that be positive or negative, would have been very much appreciated.
