I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at American Red Cross (Philadelphia, PA) in Sept 2009
Interview
I had one interview for this position in person with one of the shift supervisors. The interview is one of the best parts of me ever having the job. It was very laid back and relaxing, not at all like any of the other interviews I've had. It lasted for close to a hour and the job was well covered during it.

Question 1
Not a question but having to deal with the issue of deciding over trying for a job with better pay, or this one with pretty good benefits.
I interviewed at American Red Cross (Columbus, OH)
Interview
I had two interviews, one was video call, another on site. Good experience, was pretty easy overall. I’ve got all the info I needed at the time of the interview
The process took 2 months. I interviewed at American Red Cross (Dedham, MA)
Interview
It was pretty standard. There was a phone screen, then a video call interview with the 2 hiring managers, and then an in person interview and lab tour with the being managers.

Question 1
They asked usual interview questions, nothing very technical, but mostly personality questions.
Easy process! Thoroughly enjoyed the process and all those who interviewed me were sincere. I would recommend ARC to anybody interested. An overall great company that cares about their employees.
