Seemed to take screening seriously and really wanted you to understand the expectations before committing so you don't leave half way through training. They don't want to hire someone who isn't able to work with the random schedules.

About 25 minutes long, between 2 people. I was asked about my past experience. This interview took place at red cross building. They need you to do mobile before you can work at a stationary building.

There was an interview over the phone, then I was asked to interview virtually. Both people that I interviewed with were very nice and professional. They asked a few questions, then during the virtual interview they go into detail about the job.

I had a virtual email via text. The next step was a phone interview. However, I was never contacted and then the contractor who arranged the call lied and said they called and left a message. They then asked for my availability to reschedule. I politely replied and have yet to receive any further reply.
