Group interview! It was very simple, and more-so of an introduction to the roles if anything. Since you're working for free, they're not so strict. Just make sure to show you care about humanitarian crises/helping with blood donations.

Very simple and informal, interviewer very friendly, they are mostly trying to get to know you. No need to stress, very outgoing. They asked how you're doing today and a bit about yourself.

Group Interview - pretty simple. Mostly teenagers and simple questions that can be easily answered. Pretty general and asks you what you plan to do and why you want to do it.

the phone screening was about 10 mins.
after the phone interview, I got scheduled for training which will take place over the phone for about 15 mins.
