The initial interview was a phone interview from the HR specialist which included a description of the job responsibilities and basic interview questions from my resume'. The follow-up interview was a 1:1 interview with the hiring manager that asked questions about my experience, my ability to deal with colleagues, and data /analytical abilities (development of corrective actions, root cause analysis techniques, and change control process and procedures). The final interview was a group panel interview with the management team. The questions were concerning brainstorming techniques, flow chart experience with Visio Professional, benchmark and metric strategies, and the process to handle trends. There were also behavioral questions and collaborative team environments.
